October title in the house! Brian and Honour competed for their Rally Novice title this weekend and earned a 97/100 & 99/100 to complete the RN title to be added to Honours name! This is a biggie since Brian has not competed in obedience in 4 years and has never taken a class for rally! Big thanks to Judge Ted Leslie for awarding these awesome scores.

Congratulations to Linda Pejsa & Allie (Kubistraum Safice Alberta - Sandie x Mister daughter). Allie has earned her Rally Advanced title and her first leg of Rally Excellent. Allie & Linda also earned the first leg of her Companion Dog title in grand style with a High in Trial!! Congratulations also to co-breeder Verna Kubik of Kubistraum Kennels!
Essex Kennel Club show in Leamington was a busy weekend for us. Irish (Safice's Fighting Irish an Honour x Eros son) went Winners dog on Friday and Monday for his first points. Brit (Safice Kubistraum BC Hellwigg) went Winners Dog on Saturday and Sunday - Brit is close to finishing his championship and Sandie & Mister couldn't be prouder.
Brian & Honour entered the Rally ring for the first time and earned their first two legs (qualifying scores) on their Rally Novice title.
Tini earned her first CDX - Companion Dog Excellent leg with a second place in class!!
Brian also decided to try his hand at conformation and entered Irish in the Sanction Match - they earned a Group 3rd!!! I got conned into showing a very spoiled Pomeranian named Hardy and had some fun trying to teach him to walk on a leash in the ring!!! Thanks a bunch guys!!!

Emma (Safice's Emerald Isle) went to the fun match with an awesome up and coming Jr. Handler Mitchell Ford. This was their first time in a ring together. Mitchell and Emma were a great team and earned a Group 1 placement. Here's hoping this a sample of the future holds for these 2 youngsters!!

Baby Payton (Joy x Mister) and her mom Joy went to the Woodstock Kennel Club show and entered a class that is rarely heard of for a GSD. Both Payton & Mom Joy were in the Brace Class (two dogs shown on the same lead with one handler at the same time.....running!!) The judges and spectators were in awe....Payton and Mom took Best Brace in Breed x 2, Best Brace in Group x 2 and Best Brace in SHOW!!! Huge Congrats to Danica Mistele, owner/co-owner and trainer and Shelley Ford, co-owner, trainer & handler.

Carbon went to the Guelph Specialty show and earned his TEC (Temperament Evaluation Certificate)...what an interesting experience it was. Can't wait to get the formal recognition!! Mister & Safari are proud of their baby boy!! Not to be out done by her big brother Baby Payton (Ch Medallion Feature Presentation) owned by Shelley Ford and co-owner/breeder Danica Mistele earned her TEC at the age of 1 year and 1 week!!

We finally got Carbon's New Champion photo's....he still has some maturing to do but is looking awesome!! 
KW Kennel Club Show this weekend Carbon in his first appearance as a "Special" took Best of Breed over other specials entered. Baby Payton (Medallion's Feature Presentation) took Winners Bitch, Best Opposite Sex & Best of Winners to become a
New Champion at the wee age of 10.5 months. Mister is very proud of of his kids doing an outstanding job in the show ring!
At the Forest City Kennel Club show in Simcoe Carbon (Safice's Carbon Copy) went Winners Dog, Best of Breed and Best of Winners on the only day he was entered!!! Thanks to judge Lois Wilson for seeing the qualities in our handsome boy! Carbon is now a New Champion and mom Safari & dad Mister are very excited about this boys future ~ picture coming soon!!

Kubistraum Safice Alberta (Mister x Sandie) just received her Rally Excellent title this weekend in California. Congratulations to co-breeder Verna Kubik and owner Linda Pejsa on their success.

Kent Kennel Klub show in Chatham was our first show this year. We are proud to say that Carbon (Safice's Carbon Copy - Mister x Safari son) showed his heart out on Saturday and Sunday and took Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed!! Big thanks to judges Dennys Janssen and Elaine Whitney for recognizing our handsome boy. Roxxy went Reserve winners bitch against some tough competition both days. Baby Payton (Mister x Joy) went Winners bitch and best opposite on Friday and Sunday and Best Puppy in Breed all 3 days!! Congratulations to Owner Shelley Ford, co-owner breeder Danica Mistele and handler Josee Chevalier.
At the Purina National Baby Payton (Medallion Feature Presentation - Mister x Joy) took Best Puppy all 3 days and earned more points at the wee age of 9 months taking Winners Bitch and Best of Winners on Sunday. Thanks to breeder co-owner Danica Mistele, co-owner and chief kibble provider Shelley Ford. Payton was piloted to her wins by Josee.
Our beautiful sable boy in Quebec is growing into a handsome young man!!! Loucas (Safice's Celtic Warrior) is not quite 1 year old and is a brother to Irish, Ever, Emma, Topper, Jax & Stella - the outstanding litter by Eros & Honour!!
The last day of the month was an exciting one. We are pleased to announce the arrival of Tini's first litter. Tini and Wiley are the proud parents of 7 lovely babies - 4 boys & 3 girls. Mom and babies are doing well. I will have pictures shortly.
